After the walkthrough, we confirm the price and scope before we begin. If you add areas (such as stairs) or remove a room, we adjust the quote at that moment so there are no surprises later. In addition, we explain what we can realistically improve and what may not fully come out due to permanent dye damage or fiber changes.
