I must say I’m very happy I decided to try this Company after reading the reviews on line I called and set up an appointment. He was on time polite & professional. The carpet looks good!!!! I will be calling them back for the stairs and the lower level of my home.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this company, I've been using them for years at multiple homes. Outstanding customer service, prompt, reasonable, I could go on and on. My carpets always look better than new when the job is done and care is always taken to educate me on stain removals for the future. A+ company. Won't ever use anyone else.

Poor customer service. Excuse for poor quality work. Showed up 2.5 hours early. Spent 20 minutes cleaning 3 bedrooms and a full living room. Did not remove stains/ odors. (Urine smell ) more concerned about spreading the word on vaccine then task at hand. Never will use ever again!!!
